Can you work with our existing IT provider? Yes. CRP can work alongside your internal team and existing providers. We help management set priorities and coordinate the agreed work, bringing in specialist support where needed.
Do we need to pursue certification? No. Secure focuses on foundational protection aligned with Cyber Essentials, even if you do not pursue formal certification. Certify supports businesses that need a defined certification or assurance outcome.
Do you implement and run everything for us? TWS leads the advisory engagement. Technical implementation may be carried out by your team, existing providers or appointed specialists, depending on scope. Your business retains responsibility for management decisions and operating its controls. CRP does not include ongoing managed security operations.
Can you guarantee certification? Unfortunately, no. Certification depends on implemented controls, supporting evidence and the independent assessment process. We support readiness, remediation and assessment activities within the agreed scope.
How much does CRP cost? The fee depends on the scope, your current cybersecurity readiness and the outcome you need. We discuss your requirements and an indicative budget before preparing a detailed proposal. The proposal sets out our advisory fees and identifies any additional technology, implementation or assessment costs to budget for.
How long does an engagement take? Timing depends on your starting point, scope, team availability and any assessment deadlines. We discuss these factors during discovery and set out the proposed schedule in your engagement proposal.
