Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to problems where smaller organizations are at a disadvantage because they lack access to the same technology expertise as large enterprises.

 

Earlier in my career, I helped build a supply chain financing platform to address the massive financing gap faced by MSMEs. Access to capital is often the difference between survival and failure for small businesses.

 

Today, I focus on a different but equally important gap: the technology leadership gap in SMEs.

 

Many small and growing companies depend heavily on technology but cannot justify hiring a full-time CTO. As a result, they often make costly decisions, struggle with cybersecurity risks, or fall behind competitors.

 

Through The Workforce Studio, I provide on-demand, Fractional CTO services to startups and SMEs — helping founders and CEOs make smarter technology decisions, manage cybersecurity risks, and build systems that support sustainable growth.

Beyond my commercial work, I serve as a board member at MentorsHub, a Singapore non-profit that mentors young adults from underprivileged backgrounds as they start their careers.
